James J. DiNicolantonio, is a cardiovascular research scientist and doctor of pharmacy at Saint Luke’s Mid America Heart Institute in Kansas City, Missouri, and author of The Salt Fix, Superfuel, The Longevity Solution, The Immunity Fix and The Mineral Fix.
