Cassandra Miller (1961- ) has been a writer most of her life, beginning in the third grade with an epic poem about cats. Her masters degree in psychology and fifteen years as a social worker introduced her to a wide variety of interesting characters. She has three novels: Toasting Cora, Sage Along the Way, and now its sequel Sage, Blooming. Cassandra's seven grandchildren have helped her to remember that magic is alive and well.
